ESTUDIO BUNGE – Bunge, Smith & Luchía Puig has a highly qualified labor litigation team, taking part in judicial proceedings resulting from work-related accidents, occupational illnesses, dismissals, salary gaps, damages, trade union contributions and welfare medicine.
We have been selected (among more than other fifty law firms) as members of a law firms’ partnership in the tender opened by the Ministry of Economy for the privatization of State Companies labor trials, which became private at the national level. This task implies representing the previously state-owned companies such as ENTEL, GAS DEL ESTADO and the CAJA NACIONAL DE AHORRO Y SEGURO.
