Gabriel Viola joined Estudio BUNGE in 2016.
Practice Areas
Gabriel provides advice to local and international companies in commercial and corporate law transactions, including corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions operations, economic concentrations, contract law and real estate law. In addition, Gabriel represents clients in commercial litigations and in complex domestic and international arbitration cases.
Education
- Gabriel obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), School of Law and Social Sciences in 2016.
- He completed an M&A program at Goethe Business School in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2017.
- He obtained his LL.M with Honors in 2018 at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt and obtained the Clifford Chance LLP award for the best thesis of the academic year in 2018.
Academic and Professional Experience
- Between 2015 and 2019, he taught the course “Negotiation and Contract Drafting” at UBA.
- Since 2015, he teaches “Negotiation and composition of contracts” lessons in Universidad de Buenos Aires.
- Recognized by Legal 500 in the Latin America Guide as a Leading Associate in the Corporate and M&A category (2024).
- Recognized by Legal 500 in the Latin America Guide as a Next Generation Partner in the Corporate and M&A category (2025).
Admissions and Memberships
- Gabriel is admitted to practice law in Argentina and is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
